For downtown Dallas, this Cafe is more spacious. More seating areas & tables, including small tables with outlets for those who want to work with their laptops. Like the L-shape of the interior. Yet it still feels crowded somehow. Maybe it's just a popular place for employees nearby. Food's decent. Fresh tender bread & pastries. Medium in size for the price. Matcha latte's pretty good though.

Very cozy and welcoming place. AWESOME location. Nice atmosphere, smiling service. Great place for coffee, yes, hot chocolate, sausage Kolaches. Perfect, welcoming spot including the patio.
